Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to plan, execute, and oversee testing and commissioning activities for HV, BESS, and PV projects nationwide. You will manage the commissioning team, report progress daily, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safety standards.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA teams, develop commissioning plans, and support scheduling, resource planning, and lessons learned tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and commissioning on utility scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project commissioning team and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Report daily to the Commissioning Manager on status of each project.
• Develop project milestone schedules and commissioning plans and procedures.
