SOLV Energy seeks a seasoned Commissioning Project Manager to lead HV substation and BESS commissioning across multiple nationwide projects. You will plan, execute, and manage commissioning activities, coordinate with owners, utilities, and EPC teams, and ensure safe, on-time handover to operations.

Hybrid role requiring on-site presence at job sites with some remote work. Strong scheduling, QA, and documentation discipline are essential, along with deep understanding of NEC/NFPA standards and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commissioning, startup, testing, or project delivery for utility-scale electrical facilities.
• Experience leading commissioning for HV substations or BESS projects.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, interconnection requirements, and technical specs.

Responsabilités

• Own the HV or BESS commissioning scope across typically 2-3 concurrent projects, including deliverables, milestones, schedule, resources, risks, constraints, documentation, and turnover.
• Develop and maintain a project-specific commissioning execution plan, milestone registry, responsibility assignments, readiness criteria, and integrated schedule activities.
• Translate contract requirements, technical specs, interconnection requirements, permit conditions, OEM requirements, and company standards into executable commissioning work plans.
• Establish priorities and make day-to-day decisions; escalate safety, contractual, technical, or resource issues as needed.
• Track progress, generate daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with commissioning leadership.
