Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning team across multiple projects. You will oversee field activities, coordinate with owners and design professionals, and drive testing, balancing, and performance validation to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commissioning with MEP exposure, plus BCxA/ASHRAE or ability to obtain certification within 6 months. 25–40% travel and a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience, including mechanical, plumbing, and controls.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based commissioning platforms.
• Effective verbal and written communication, strong scheduling and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects and team to ensure efficient, accurate execution.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers and architects on plans, budgets, schedules.
• Develop commissioning plans, perform tests, and validate peak performance and safety.
