Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead multiple commissioning projects, focusing on MEP coordination, equipment startup, and TAB. You will drive the commissioning process, resolve field issues, and ensure systems meet performance and safety standards.

The role involves collaborating with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects, delivering plans, budgets, and schedules while traveling 25-40% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software platforms (CxAlloy).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact with owners, owners' representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify information needs and perform research as required.
• Strong project management and scheduling of commissioning tasks.
• Generate or review checklists and perform functional performance tests.
• Conduct site walks and observe equipment startup, producing observation reports.
• Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified.
• Participate in field commissioning tasks with the team and coordinate with clients.
• Interact with clients, architects, engineers, and design personnel to align project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead construction and commissioning coordination meetings and document outcomes.
• Develop the commissioning plan and final commissioning report.
