Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning team on multiple construction projects, ensuring efficient, accurate execution of commissioning work across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, startup, testing and balancing, with travel to job sites 25-40%, strong communication, scheduling, and team leadership to drive high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team to execute multiple projects and coordinate with owners, engineers, and architects.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and final commissioning reports.
• Perform functional performance testing and review checklists.
• Schedule and coordinate commissioning activities with multiple parties.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
• Ensure client deliverables meet ENFRA's quality standards at delivery.
