Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver garments and products, and build strong customer relationships. This field-based role emphasizes reliability, safety, and independent work on a daily route with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will support operations, maintain accurate stops, and identify upselling opportunities to grow your route and earning potential. A valid license, DOT compliance, and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or GED or military service.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers.
• Support daily operations including loading/unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell where appropriate.
• Drive sales growth on your route and expand earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professional conduct.
• Maintain a predictable Mon–Fri daytime schedule with no nights.
