UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while growing customer relationships. You’ll support operations, ensure on-time service, and identify upsell opportunities to boost earnings.

This field-based role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a commission-based earnings structure from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam compliance required.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact, deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service: on-time deliveries and returns, maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships: build rapport, address service needs, upsell products.
• Drive sales growth: identify upselling opportunities to grow route earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the road: operate walk-in truck on designated routes with safety first.
• Engage in physically active work: indoor/outdoor tasks, energy and safety focus.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
