• 3–5 years of professional recruiting or client-facing experience.
• Highly organized with strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy calendars and schedule interviews internally and with clients.
• Research open roles and firms to identify top talent.
• Write compelling job descriptions and postings.
• Source active and passive candidates using various tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Conduct phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate and coach candidates for client interviews.
• Stay current on sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Partner with clients professionally and discreetly.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
