• Experience with interview scheduling and high-volume pipelines.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Independent, proactive approach with multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and stakeholders.
• Track candidate pipelines in ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and maintain a positive experience.
• Support offer process and internal approvals.
• Collaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed.
• Communicate progress, pipeline status, and next steps clearly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives as needed.
