You will manage full-cycle recruitment, advise on compensation trends, and build strong talent pipelines to accelerate growth across preclinical, lab, and operational functions in a
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
- 7+ years recruitment experience, including internal recruiter experience.
- Experience recruiting scientific/technical talent in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation experience.
Responsabilités
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Recruit for preclinical, laboratory, and business development roles.
- Direct sourcing and headhunting for passive candidates.
- Lead searches for leadership roles (Director, Senior Director, VP).
- Develop talent pipelines for scientific, operational, and commercial functions.
- Provide market insights to inform hiring strategies.
- Guide candidate assessment, interviews, and offers.
