Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to be the front-line sales pro at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue. You will convert leads, conduct high-impact tours, and deliver a world-class resident experience with speed and precision.

Candidates should have 1+ year of sales or leasing experience, proven closing ability, and familiarity with CRM systems like Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and multi-touch outreach.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Follow up to maximize conversion and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competition.
• Achieve leasing goals and drive occupancy targets.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and events.
