Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering world-class resident experiences.

This role requires a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and owns every lead from initial contact to lease sign, with strong follow-up and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success meeting sales/leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
