Macy's is hiring for a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, while building lasting client relationships through consultative selling and loyalty programs.

You will support inventory, fulfillment, and special events, ensuring secure, accurately presented merchandise and a polished shopping environment that reflects Macy's standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervisors
• Read and understand store policies and safety procedures in English
• Provide product recommendations and create a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience
