rag & bone in New York is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive service excellence and meet sales goals as part of the store management team. You will model standards, coach Sales Associates and ensure policy adherence on the floor.

The role is full-time (32–40 hours/week) with commission eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package, including clothing allowance, generous discount and time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience required.
• Retail experience in luxury or contemporary brands preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele and deliver product knowledge to staff.
• Support management with operational tasks and policies.
