Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Atlanta to lead the floor, uphold service standards and mentor Sales Associates. You will partner with management to meet store goals and deliver a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment, with luxury retail knowledge preferred
• Leadership experience on a retail floor and ability to mentor staff
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to train others in selling techniques
• Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and achieving sales goals
• Comfort with inventory control and loss prevention practices
• Collaborative approach with Visual Merchandising and store leadership
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic store operations
