Job summary

FirstCash is hiring entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates in pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and collaborate with staff to ensure a positive experience.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity, with comprehensive benefits. The position supports a busy retail environment, requires the ability to handle cash, and offers opportunities for growth and additional incentives, including earned wage access and 401k

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and suggest financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures for the store.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays tidy.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed.
• Explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and undertake other duties as assigned.
