Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time retail sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate collaborates with staff to ensure excellent customer service, processing sales and loans, and handling a variety of merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and advise on financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles all sales and loan transactions according to policies and procedures.
• Offers clear communication about the pawn and buy transactions.
