Formación

• Proven sales experience in real estate or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Welkom/Free State real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
• Residency or strong ties to the Free State province is highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Actively generate leads through networking, open houses, and online marketing.
• Present and market properties to potential buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
• Assist clients in understanding pricing and negotiation strategies in Welkom .
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.
