PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Gainesville, FL. You will be on the front line, converting tours into leases and driving occupancy with a world-class resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or leasing, proven targets, and experience with CRM systems like Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage. Weekend availability and strong follow-up are required to succeed.

Formación

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience is required.
• Proven success meeting sales/ leasing/ conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
• Follow up to maximize conversion and occupancy.
• Maintain pricing, availability, and competitor knowledge.
• Achieve leasing and occupancy targets.
• Support traffic and revenue strategies.
• Respond quickly to leads with a sales-first mindset.
