Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and guide them through products and services.
• Assist customers to select eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to company and local policies.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems and ensure quality control compliance.
