Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates.
• Write repair orders and maintain customer records.
• Serve as the liaison between customer and technician to ensure needs are understood by both sides.
• Explain provisions and exclusions of warranties to customers.
• Communicate additional repair needs and service costs to customers.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Provide a friendly, professional greeting and resolve customer concerns.
