Job summary

The Conduit Group is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative for the Greater Philadelphia area. This role focuses on developing new business, building long‑term client relationships, and working in a remote/field-based capacity.

You’ll prospect, network, and manage a territory with no sales targets during the 2026 training period, then take ownership in 2027 to grow the market and client base.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B or outside sales experience.
• Ability to develop new business and long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable prospecting and generating opportunities.
• Outgoing, relationship-driven, comfortable meeting clients face-to-face.
• Strong work ethic, follow-through and urgency.
• Willingness to learn technical/estimation aspects of the business.
• Experience selling to contractors or construction-related clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow client relationships in the Greater Philadelphia market.
• Prospect and identify new commercial clients and sales opportunities.
• Manage leads, prospects, and accounts through the CRM.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings, networking, and industry events.
• Educate prospective clients on company services via lunch-and-learns.
• Visit properties and job sites to assess project needs.
• Learn to evaluate pavement conditions and develop project scopes and estimates.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with Operations for a smooth sale-to-project handoff.
• Follow the established sales process while growing the territory.
