Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Onsite at the model home or mobile office within the community.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound calls, educate prospects about products, set appointments, and respond professionally.
• Develop, practice, and deliver a compelling sales presentation.
• Maintain a high activity level with prospecting, follow-ups, and appointment setting to close.
• Enter leads, appointments, and communications into Salesforce daily and track progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors to generate referrals.
