Job summary

Starlight Homes in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home purchasing journey, delivering exceptional service and using our sales process. This commission-based role offers 4 weeks of training and the opportunity to grow with a national homebuilder brand.

You will learn the Starlight/Ashton Woods process, present homes knowledgeably, and build relationships with realtors while maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Onsite model home or mobile office work.
• Valid/Active Driver's License Required.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound calls and educate prospects.
• Develop, practice, and deliver a sales presentation.
• Enter leads, appointments, and all communication into Salesforce daily.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and conduct business with them.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments to close.
