Stryker is seeking a field-based sales professional to support physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers with Interventional Spine solutions in a designated territory. You will manage relationships, assist with product evaluations, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

The role combines clinical support, product education, and strategic territory planning in a fast-paced healthcare environment across Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or equivalent.
• Ability to travel across the assigned territory and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to drive account growth and retention.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms, procedure suites, and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market share.
