Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing or leadership environments and interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned territory to meet sales objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and administrators to drive account growth.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in ORs and ambulatory centers.
• Educate customers on product features and economic considerations to aid purchasing decisions.
• Develop territory plans to increase market share and account penetration.
• Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Coordinate case coverage and inventory management to ensure high service levels.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to meet customer needs.
