Job summary

Empire Southwest is seeking a coordinator to process machine rental requests from start to billing, maintain inventory records, and promote rental equipment through ongoing customer contact. You will assist Account Managers and Rental Territory Managers with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires knowledge of Caterpillar products, DBS/Excel/Word proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate in English (speak, read, write).
• 24 months minimum experience in Rental Industry or EM Rental.
• In-depth knowledge of Caterpillar product line.
• Proficiency in DBS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assists in purchase of new equipment.
• Processes rental requests.
• Know Empire’s product.
• Maintains inventory records of rental equipment.
• Generates and distributes all customer rental charges.
• Works safely and follows safety policies.
• Maintains open communication with sales and rental managers.
• Dispatches Empire trucks for pickup/delivery.
