Job summary

AutoNation's e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information and help move customers from digital contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, by phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Explain payment options to ensure alignment with budgets and lifestyles.
• Close the deal and transition customers to the Service department post-purchase.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information for an in-store visit.
