Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our state-of-the-art service department in Silver Spring, Maryland. You will guide customers through the service experience from intake to delivery.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, coordinating with technicians, and recommending parts and service options while aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Qualificações

• Experience as service advisor or similar role in automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance customer service with profitability.
• Proficient with computer systems and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely updates to customers about service progress.
• Assist customers with needs and requests.
• Greet customers at the service lane.
• Consult with technicians on repairs and alternatives to avoid unnecessary costs.
• Explain service options and schedule appointments, drop-off and pick-up.
• Book appointments and manage vehicle flow.
