Job summary

Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and match them with vehicles in our current inventory. You will accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate features, while following established guidelines for internet inquiries and showroom interactions.

As part of a team with sales managers and BDC staff, you will build rapport to create a referral network, stay updated on industry standards, and complete training modules to maintain

Qualifications

• Valid MD/DC/VA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in the current inventory.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling Internet inquiries.
• Assist all customers who arrive in our showroom.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.
• Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities.
• Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
• Pass training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications.
• Most, importantly always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.
