Servtech is seeking an Evening Crew Manager to lead a squad at the Andrews AFB Commissary. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• High school graduate with supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to work independently with exemplary customer service.
• Experience leading a crew of at least 10 people.
• Background check required.
• Evening shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees.
• Supervises shelf stocking and custodial tasks.
• Observes workflow to ensure production standards are met.
• Ensures all functions are performed within the approved timeframe.
• Performs QC inspections and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Manages site-level HR functions (scheduling, evaluations, corrective actions, postings).
• Ensures compliance with company/site policies, security, and HR practices.
• Manages health and safety plans.
• Acts as liaison with customer representatives and addresses inquiries.
• Handles emergencies and employee incidents/reporting.
• Addresses employee grievances and dissatisfactions.
• Ensures adherence to laws and company policies.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Completes day-end paperwork.
• Works across custodial, warehousing, and shelf stocking functions.
• Motivates workforce by example.
