Call Your Mother Deli is seeking a Commissary Manager in Miami to lead production, packing, and delivery at our central commissary. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency by enforcing specs, checklists, and recipes while driving cost controls and team development.

The role demands 4+ years in high-volume food production with at least 2 years in a leadership position, and a ServSafe Manager Certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a baker or prep cook in high-volume production.
• ≥2 years in a management role with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor, scheduling, and budgeting.
• ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification required.
• Highly organized with ability to balance production schedules and costs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with effective coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commissary operations, production, packing, and delivery.
• Maintain standards via checklists, recipe specs, and processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, remove obstacles, and drive efficiency.
• Lead supervisors and teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Create a safe, fun, high-performing work environment.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, sanitation, and storage.
• Manage inventory, ordering, budgeting, and waste reduction.
• Develop production schedules and staffing plans.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
