Job summary

Brightline Trains is seeking a Commissary Lead to prepare daily production sheets and align production with passenger manifests. You will manage safe food handling, inventory rotation, and minimize waste while maintaining hygiene standards on site.

You will also coordinate with the In-Station Service Supervisor to receive deliveries, stock carts, and ensure timely fulfillment to meet train schedules. This role requires flexibility to work weekends/nights.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of food service and production, HACCP principles.
• Lead by example and foster a team culture.
• Weekend/night shifts with on-call availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physically active.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production sheets and align schedules with passenger manifests.
• Rotate perishables and minimize food waste while ensuring hygiene.
• Receive, document, store deliveries, and maintain temperature logs.
• Stock service carts and push filled carts to the platform in time.
• Coordinate with In-Station Service Supervisor for accurate fulfillment.
