Job summary

Mothership Coffee seeks a Commissary Lead to own the execution side of commissary operations: production, consistency, food safety, and inventory accuracy. You’ll spot bottlenecks, flag issues, and propose improvements to keep the kitchen running clean and on schedule.

Responsibilities include daily prep, production planning, safety logging, and inventory management. You’ll contribute to recipe scaling and new product ideas while maintaining high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Strong grasp of food safety standards and equipment.
• Hands-on production skills with knife handling.
