Job summary

Custom Vehicle Solutions seeks a Service Advisor to serve as the primary communication link between sales, customers, and production, ensuring accurate updates and timely paperwork from repair order creation through billing completion.

You will monitor chassis progress, communicate changes, and collaborate across departments to deliver quality products while identifying process improvements and maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year service experience; or equivalent experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive outbound communication to customers and sales representatives regarding chassis status, updates, timelines, and completion.
• Monitor each chassis throughout production, confirming progress and updating stakeholders on any changes in schedule or scope.
• Identify and escape potential problems early, assisting in finding solutions before they impact customer expectations.
• Record project updates using email, phone, and other forms to maintain accurate, timely, and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition between departments, resulting in an efficient and quality product.
• Recommend and support enhancements to communication practices, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
