Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Insurance Solutions are seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Producer to drive new business, manage a book of commercial clients and cross-sell Shamrock services (Factoring, Equipment Financing, Fuel Savings and trucking Software).

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive commitment to staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client retention in commercial transportation insurance.
• Must possess a valid state insurance producer license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volume of clients and priorities.
• Goal-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new commercial clients through networking, cold calling, referrals and lead generation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing service and policy reviews.
• Present tailored insurance options to clients and negotiate terms to secure business.
• Manage a portfolio of existing commercial accounts, providing regular policy reviews and servicing client inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients by recommending additional coverage options and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the department and the company.
