Zusammenfassung

First American is seeking a professional to support commercial real estate closings in Florida. You will assist title officers, manage orders, and handle post-closing tasks to ensure accurate and timely closings across the United States. A strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualified candidates have at least 2+ years in title, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Adobe and MS Office. FAST experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in title industry experience preferred, commercial real estate focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Adobe and MS Office; FAST experience a plus.

• Assist Title Officers with reviews, updates and curative matters.
• Handle order entry, file setup, tracking and post-closing tasks.
• Review Buyer/Seller/Lender documents for closings.
• Gather title fees for settlement statements with escrow team.
• Prepare title commitments, policies and endorsements.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external parties.
• Other duties as assigned.
