Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations and analyze chain of title for commercial and residential orders.
• Abstract and analyze records such as leases, liens, judgments, easements; determine ownership and legal restrictions.
• Resolve missing, incomplete, or contradictory information in title documentation.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation per guidelines.
• Prepare and review reports for accuracy.
• May provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines.
