Job summary

Purcell Tire Company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales representative to grow our commercial tire business. You will sell new tires, retreads, and services to fleet customers, while maintaining strong relationships and expanding the customer base.

You will perform fleet surveys, tire analyses, and mileage tracking to support sales decisions, address customer concerns, and ensure adherence to pricing policies that maximize margins. Travel and safety compliance are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in similar sales or service roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and perform ratio calculations.
• Familiarity with tire industry products and retreads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial, truck, and OTR tires and services.
• Conduct fleet surveys and tire analyses to support sales.
