Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in biotechnology/pharma with 5+ years in trade compliance/global operations.
• Experience leading global trade compliance activities (import/export controls, HTS, origin, sanctions).

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Arrowhead’s global trade operating model and compliance program.
• Lead country activation and define models, pathways and documentation for new markets.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and cross-functional leaders to align trade strategy with business goals.
• Oversee risk assessments, internal controls, and executive reporting for trade compliance.
