Ramp is hiring a Technical Consultant, Commercial to lead technical engagements with high-growth customers. You will define financial and technical success criteria, design integrations across ERP and HRIS, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale Ramp’s upmarket motion.

The role focuses on commercial customers, enabling standardized financial workflows and repeatable implementation patterns to accelerate time-to-value while guiding customers through Ramp’s capabilities and APIs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in tech consulting, solutions engineering, or similar.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Strong communication and ability to translate tech to business value.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering.
• Excellent organization and proactive problem solving.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical advisor for high-value implementations and expansion.
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable ERP/API integrations.
• Support technical workstreams with onboarding and implementation leads.
• Help customers with integration options and Ramp configurations.
• Conduct technical discovery and recommend Ramp architecture.
• Be SME across HRIS and accounting integrations with partners.
• Troubleshoot blockers and guide non-code configurations.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for scalable use cases.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer feedback.
