Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology for multiple Commercial products. You’ll partner with product teams to define requirements, drive process improvement, and support the delivery of Trading & Risk, pricing, and sales forecasting solutions.

Required: 2+ years in a related role and a degree in information systems or equivalent. This role offers growth and cross-functional collaboration across Findlay and San Antonio locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience supporting Commercial applications or ETRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administration, operational support, and improvements for Commercial app product lines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Coordinate test case development and support strategy creation for delivery.
• Plan and document user stories and feedback for prototypes and wireframes.
