Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems preferred, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting Commercial applications such as RightAngle, ETRM platforms, Sales Data Flows, Market Pricing and Rates solutions, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing administration, operational support, and continuous improvement for Commercial application product lines.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and external support providers to troubleshoot incidents and ensure reliable performance.
• Manages definition of business processes to measure, analyze, improve and control performance.
• Communicates requirements with stakeholders and identifies cross-functional impacts for delivery.
• Develops recommendations for system enhancements to current platforms.
• Investigates performance measures to support business planning and continuous improvement.
• Performs cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems to aid decisions.
• Supports testing, strategy development, and knowledge transfer for technology delivery.
• Plans, executes, and documents user stories and feedback for prototypes and wireframes.
