Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Findlay, Ohio seeks a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to serve as the liaison for end-to-end processes across multiple Commercial product lines.

You will define and validate business requirements, develop business cases, and support technology solutions that optimize operations.  The role requires collaboration with Product Owners and technology teams to troubleshoot issues, advocate for business needs, and drive value through improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ETRM platforms such as RightAngle preferred.
• Experience with production support and IT service management preferred.
• Experience with managed service providers and cross-functional technology teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administration and support for Commercial product lines.
• Lead process improvements and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop testing strategies and document user stories.
• Support cost-benefit analyses to aid management decisions.
