TrueBuild Partners LLC in San Mateo, CA, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the master schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager and coordinate weekly with trades and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years on ground-up commercial sites, knowledge of building systems (MEP, fire alarm, security, data), and OSHA 30.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
• Experience running one large project or several smaller projects simultaneously.
• TI, renovation, or life science experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including MEP, fire alarm, security, and low voltage/data.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office, and construction management platforms.
• Current OSHA 30 certification required.

• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and enforce scope, schedule, and contract commitments.
• Write and maintain site-specific safety plans and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Inspect work daily for quality and conformity to plans, specs, and submittals.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and interns.

Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 + Bonus + Auto Allowance/Vehicle + Benefits

An established Bay Area commercial general contractor is hiring a Superintendent in San Mateo / Bay area to run ground-up and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be the lead in the field, owning the schedule, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor performance while partnering closely with the Project Manager.

The GC work spans ground-up commercial, tenant improvements, renovations, and life science facilities. It offers fully company-paid health coverage for employees, profit sharing, and a strong team culture.

• Inspect work daily for quality and confirm installations match plans, specs, and approved submittals
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and interns

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Track record running either one large project or several smaller projects at the same time
• TI, renovation, or life science experience is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, including MEP, fire alarm, security, and low voltage/data
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, MS Office, and construction management platforms
• Current OSHA 30 certification required
