Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent for the Bay Area to lead on-site activities from kickoff to closeout. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with owners, architects, and city agencies, and drive scheduling using Microsoft Project to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial superintendent roles, strong inspector and subcontractor relationships, and proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Excel, Word, and Outlook while adhering to Cal-OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial superintendent experience.
• Strong relationships with local city inspectors and subcontractors required.
• Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Cal-OSHA safety requirements.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start to completion.
• Lead subcontractors, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and successful project delivery.
