Modal in NYC is seeking a business operations manager to join the team. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and finance to scale the business and optimize commercial processes.

You will drive pricing and packaging analyses, spin up a deal desk for enterprise deals, and support investor relations and vendor negotiations. You will implement tools to accelerate GTM growth and handle ad‑hoc projects, including office space tasks in Manhattan.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in some kind of business function (e.g. banking, consulting, startup).
• Analytical, organized and detail‑oriented, high bar of excellence.
• Eager to learn across business functions and juggle many projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive in‑depth quantitative analyses to inform pricing and packaging strategy.
• Spin up the deal desk and streamline enterprise deals.
• Support the exec team on finance functions, from investor relations to cloud vendor negotiations.
• Implement new tools and processes to enable the GTM org to grow rapidly.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects like securing new office space in Manhattan.
