Job summary

Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Business Services Relationship Manager for our Union Gap Branch. You will build lasting relationships with business members, delivering tailored loans, deposits, and financial services as a trusted advisor.

The role focuses on growing loans and deposits, expanding business relationships, and strengthening member engagement while maintaining credit quality. You’ll meet with business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and COIs to broaden Solarity's presence in the local

Qualifications

• A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Effective communication and relationship building skills.
• A minimum of two years of related lending experience, including problem loans and workouts.
• Experience in loan documentation, closing policies, procedures & practices.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of loan clients.
• Knowledge of business and income property lending.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, project management and problem-solving abilities.
• A high level of analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with business members to understand goals and deliver tailored loans and financial services.
• Develop new business and expand existing relationships while maintaining strong credit quality.
• Collaborate with Credit and internal teams to structure solutions and remove obstacles for members.
• Proactively engage with COIs and community to grow Solarity's business presence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
