Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs; ensuring customers’ preferences are met.
• Provide immediate problem-solving assistance to office staff or service technicians.
• Monitor real-time schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Track completed jobs and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Process completed jobs for proper materials handling and billing.
• Complete administrative paperwork timely.
