Job summary

Everon is seeking a senior operations leader to plan, implement, and manage the Commercial Service workforce across the organization. The role focuses on achieving gross profit objectives through productivity, scheduling, billing optimization, and cost control.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of field leadership within the service industry, with strong knowledge of fire, CCTV, security, and low-voltage systems. Travel may be required to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of business experience in sales and/or operations with field leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fire, CCTV, security and card access systems, low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the activities of the Commercial Service workforce.
• Meet company gross profit objectives through field productivity, scheduling, maximizing billings, and controlling costs.
• Supervise staffing, deployment, and utilization; manage annual and monthly performance reviews.
• Prepare proposals for potential clients and maintain client relationships.
• Set realistic schedules to maximize resource utilization and timely task completion.
• Direct coordinate activities to generate sales at or above company standards.
• Ensure customer service excellence and provide sales support to field technicians.
